The Support Office seeks a Junior Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join the Business Intelligence & Analytics team. The role involves driving data-driven decision-making, building dashboards, analyzing data, and providing insights that empower stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reports to empower data-driven decisions
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support multiple departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and recommend improvements
• Maintain and improve SQL pipelines and BI infrastructure
• Partner with business teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance) to optimize processes
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
• Develop data-driven products and services
• Support experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate analysis, etc
• )

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with databases and version control systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to build Machine Learning models (advantageous)
